Mounted Ball Bearings

PTI maintenance-free mounted ball bearings are used as a complete ready-to-install bearing unit for many industries and applications, and can be quickly mounted and dismounted.

The PTI ball bearings are offered with various fixation options such as set screw, eccentric locking collar, adapter sleeve and floating bearing. Several sizes are also offered in inches. The bearing inserts are available with a number of different seals. They range from ordinary standard versions to low-friction seals and variants for heavily soiled environments with up to 6 sealing lips.

The quality and quantity of the lithium grease used in our ball bearings, allows for continuous operation in the temperature range from -30 to + 110 ° C. The bearing insert has a spherical outer ring, that means the bearing can easily be replaced and adjust itself to angular errors in the construction. Relubrication is possible in almost all types.

Most types can be supplied with an open or closed cover, which can be made of thermoplastic, sheet metal or cast iron.

The shaft fit should generally be h6-h9.
