One-piece Housings

TVN and TN: The one-piece bearing housings of the TVN and TN series are for the use of self-aligning ball- or spherical roller bearings with cylindrical bores. The housings have been designed for shafts of carriages but can be used equally as well as pillow block housings. These housings can be relubricated via a grease nipple, if required.

The types are available, depending on the design, as a loose or fixed bearing solution.

BND: One-piece housings of the BND series are principally made of cast steel. Sealing is effected by means of multiple labyrinth rings or labyrinth covers. The housings are intended for the installation of spherical roller bearings. The model with the suffix K, is for bearings on adapter sleeves, while the remaining models are for bearings with a cylindrical bore. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
