Relubrication and Maintenance of the 722500 Series

1. Lubricants

   • Bearings must be lubricated with Universal Bearing Grease NLGI 2 EP2, suitable for most applications.

   • Temperature range: –20 °C to +120 °C.

   • For low temperatures: use low-viscosity grease.

   • For operation above 100 °C: use high-temperature grease.

2. Relubrication

   • Relubricate bearings regularly to maintain performance.

   • Relubrication interval depends on load and operating time.

   • Check the grease level frequently to ensure proper lubrication.

   • Insufficient lubrication may cause overheating and wear.

3. Cleaning and inspection

   • Inspect bearings regularly for wear, damage, or contamination in the grease.

   • Verify that the bearing rotates freely.

   • Clean during inspection with a clean, dry cloth.

   • Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as they may damage the bearing.
