Flanged Bearing Housings

722500, TIL 500 and FCM 500:
These flange bearing housings are designed for mounting spherical ball and roller bearings with an adapter sleeve. As standard, they are equipped with a felt seal, while the FCM 500 type can also be supplied with a labyrinth seal. All models can be relubricated via a grease nipple.

The housings can operate in a temperature range from -20°C to +120°C, making them suitable for both cold and hot industrial environments. They are available in both open and sealed versions: as standard, they are supplied with open felt seals that protect against dust and dirt. For particularly dirty environments, ZF single-lip rubber seals are available as an option.

722500:
This series is available in a closed version (type A) and an open version (type B).

I-120000:
This type differs from the other flange housings as it is designed for spherical ball bearings of the 11200 series, which feature an extended inner ring. The outer ring of the bearing cannot be displaced axially. To prevent components mounted on the shaft from hitting the cover, the inner ring protrudes 1 mm on the cover side.
